Reading Time: 2 minutes
As we approach spring break, we thought it would be a good time to remind students and families about our daily schedules and non-academic programming for next year. We also want to review how the days will flow throughout the week.
- Our new schedule maintains the four blocks each day just as our students have now.
- In 25-26 and beyond, the daily schedule will be tied to the LETTER of the day - not the day of the week as we have in our current schedule.
- The 7 blocks in the schedule will rotate over 7 days, each day labeled as B, U, LL, D, O, G, S.
- There will also be two different types of daily schedules. Each day has time built in for breaks, non-academic activities, office hours, and/or community time.
On B, LL, O, and S days, our schedule will be as follows:

- What I Need (WIN) time is free time for what you need most. It will include teacher office hours for support. No other programming will be scheduled during this time.
- Merici / Clubs:
- On B or O days, there is student programming similar to our current “Wednesday Programming,” but it will not always occur on a Wednesday in the new schedule. This time will be used for class meetings, large group counseling, and Merici Time.
- Clubs will meet on LL and S days. They will still meet on a rotation about once per month. Dedicated club meeting times mean that we will not schedule mandatory meetings during lunch.
- On these days, lunch will be 30 minutes and will be either before or after your third class of the day.
On U, D, and G days are similar to the daily schedule students experience now and will be structured as follows
:
- After your first two bells, there will be a short break where you can grab a snack, chat with friends, or just have a little downtime.
- The Community time is like our current Gold Bell time. This is when we will have assemblies, Communion Services, and other events.
- On these days, lunch will be 40 minutes with the entire school at the same time.
