Dear SUA Community,

Lelia and I hope that you had a joyful Easter!

Next week is Faculty/Staff Appreciation Week when we honor our amazing teachers and staff members.  We have a week of treats and special remembrances planned for them.  We would love for parents/guardians to be a part of the week by writing personal notes of appreciation to faculty or staff who have made an impact on your daughter or been particularly helpful.  Your daughter could drop them off to Mrs. Bacon, or you could send a note via email to Mrs. Fischesser (jfischesser@saintursula.org); please put “Faculty/Staff Appreciation” in the subject line.  Thank you - these notes will mean so much to our faculty and staff!

There has been a lot of excitement in the air since our return from Spring Break:  students are very aware that it is only three full weeks before the start of exams on Tuesday, May 20.  The countdown to the last day is on!

There is so much that happens during this time of year with wrapping up courses, AP exams, senior events, and all of the end-of-the-year celebrations to honor our students’ accomplishments this year.  As a parent/guardian, believe me, I know it is a challenge to keep up with schedules that are so tight in the weeks ahead.  I thought it might be most helpful to share a list of school events and any schedule variations so that you can keep your calendars organized.  The two-week calendar will also be a great reference too.

If you are a parent/guardian of a senior, here are the Senior Events reminders that were sent at the beginning of the 4th quarter.
