2024/2025 Enrollment Contract - DUE March 1

Enrollment for next school year has begun! In order to secure enrollment for the 2024/2025 school year, please log in to your Final Forms account and sign off on the Enrollment Contract. After logging in, click the large blue button at the top-center of your page to move to the next school year. The enrollment contract will be the second form listed. This form will need to be submitted by Friday, March 1, 2024.

A $750.00 tuition deposit for the 2024/2025 school year will be billed through your FACTS account and will be withdrawn from your bank account on Friday, March 15, 2024. The deposit is non-refundable and will be applied to your tuition balance. Please contact me if you have questions or concerns regarding enrollment for next school year.

2024/2025 - Financial Aid

We are working hard assessing applications for next school year. If you have applied for financial aid, award letters will be going out very soon! Reminder, that in order to receive any financial aid from SUA, an Ohio EdChoice application must be submitted (for Ohio residents) and awarded through the State of Ohio.
