Ohio EdChoice applications for next school year are now available and the portal will open February 1, 2025. Applicants must live in the state of Ohio. Applications are below:

2025-2026 Renewal Application - Send a proof of residency along with the completed and signed application. NOTE: Renewal Expansion applications do NOT have to submit financial information to the state.

2025-2026 NEW Application - Send a proof of residency and a copy of your daughter's birth certificate along with the completed and signed application.

Please submit your application and documents directly to Patrice Eby at peby@saintursula.org by April 1, 2025. Tuition accounts will not be adjusted until scholarships have been awarded by the State of Ohio.
