Please read below for several important updates and upcoming deadlines related to enrollment, tuition, Ohio EdChoice, and financial assistance for the 2026–2027 school year. Please review the information below carefully to ensure a smooth planning process for next year.

Enrollment Contracts
Enrollment contracts for the 2026–2027 school year are now available on Final Forms. To secure your child’s enrollment for next school year, families must log in to Final Forms and sign off on the enrollment contract no later than March 1, 2026. After logging in, please be sure you are in the 2026-2027 school year. The contract is the second form listed.

A $750 non-refundable tuition deposit is due by March 15, 2026 and will be billed through your tuition account. 

Financial Aid
If you have completed a financial aid application for the 2026-2027 school year, we appreciate the time and care you put into your application. Over the next few weeks, we will be reviewing and assessing all submissions, and award letters will be mailed to families shortly thereafter.

Ohio EdChoice Scholarship
The 2026-2027 Ohio EdChoice applications are now open. We ask that all completed EdChoice applications and required documentation be submitted to Patrice Eby no later than April 1, 2026. This timeline allows sufficient time for processing and for tuition accounts to be adjusted for the upcoming school year. Please note that tuition accounts will not reflect the scholarship until the award has been granted by the State of Ohio.

Reminders for this current school year:

Tuition Accounts - Senior Families - All tuition and fees must be paid in full in order for final transcripts to be released to colleges and universities. As we head into the final months of the school year, please make sure that your tuition account is current. There will be no exceptions made to this policy.

Tuition Accounts - Returning Families - Per our policy, schedules for next school year will not be released until all tuition and fees are paid in full by July 31, 2026 or there is an active payment plan in place with the Business Office. Again, there will be no exceptions made to this policy.
