Parent Ambassadors Needed

The Admissions Office would like to invite any interested SUA parents to be a part of the SUA Parent Ambassadors (SUPA)!

This group of current and past parents, will help spread the word to prospective families about all that Saint Ursula has to offer. Personal communication and word-of-mouth marketing is proven to be one of the best ways to promote our school. We believe Parent Ambassadors are a wonderful addition to the Admissions team in helping prospective families connect with those who are passionate and familiar with Saint Ursula Academy. You can choose how much you would like to be involved with SUPA.

By agreeing to be a SUPA, we hope we can count on you to help with some or all of the following:

• Make phone calls to accepted families prior to enrollment day in January
• Share benefits of SUA by word-of-mouth, social media, etc.
• Be present at the annual Open House
• Help as needed at various evening admissions events
• Help to distribute Open House yard signs

Parent Volunteers Needed for Admissions

The SUA Admissions Office is hoping to recruit parent volunteers for some of the 2025 - 2026 Admissions events/tasks.  

These are some of the areas where we will need additional help:

~Collate and assemble shadow bags (August 26, 10 am - 12 pm)

~Distribute Open House yard signs around the city (September - end of October)

~Collate and assemble Open House folders (October 22, 10 am - 12 pm)

~Open House set-up, decoration (November 9)

~SUA Girls' Night set up (May 8, 2026)

~SUA Girls' Night attendance (May 8, 2026)
