Welcome to the second week of Advent!
At times it feels like the days fly by and other times it feels as though they creep by so slowly! Whatever you're feeling right now is normal! Hopefully, this week's resources give you a second to pause, re-evaluate how the past week has gone, and possibly reset for the days/weeks ahead.
As some of you know, I love the website "Busted Halo"! It has amazing resources. One in particular that I appreciate in my fast-paced crazy life is their Advent Calendar. It's super simple and takes less than 30 seconds. You can click on the pictures of people dating from November 30 to the present day to read a quote from that person as well as a #microchallenge. Then you can check back each day to read the next day's quote and #microchallenge.
I wanted to share another Advent resource that may appeal to you and your faith life! The Advent Simplicity Challenge has been provided to us by the Ignatian Solidarity Network! This is a great way to focus on simplicity, helping the earth, and strengthening your own faith life as we move towards the birth of Christ!
As always, I'm praying for our students and their families every day! If there's any way that I'm able to help, please let me know!
