Spring Sport Registration
Parents should use their FinalForms account to register their daughter for a spring sport (lacrosse, softball, track & field). Selecting a sport in FinalForms does not obligate the student to tryout for the team or guarantee a roster spot. Registering for the sport simply indicates that your daughter in interested in receiving information about upcoming tryouts.
Use the Program Information on the Spring Sports page of the website to obtain specific information about each sport. Note that for spring sports, players have required activities during the school's Easter break. There are no required activities from Holy Thursday through the following Tuesday. Athletes are expected to be present for required practices or games on Wednesday, April 7, 2021.
All spring athletes must have a current OHSAA preparticipation physical form on file in the Athletic Office. Parents should download the form from FinalForms prior to the physician appointment and have the physician sign and date the form. The signed form can then be uploaded in FinalForms or returned to the main office (ATTN: Athletic Department).
