Fall Sports Update

The RunDawgs had an a very successful trip over to Mason last Saturday. The varsity team finished 4th out of 15 teams, while the JV "A" squad finished 3rd and the JV "B" team finished 1st (with a perfect score of 15!). Congratulations to all of the runners, including our top finishers: Avery Stewart who was 3rd overall in the varsity race, Kayleigh Zimmer who was 7th overall in the JV "A" race, and Margo Kelley who finished 2nd overall in the JV "B" race.

The SpikeDawgs put together strong matches against Mercy McAuley and Turpin this past week, winning each of those matches 3-0. The team is on the road this week with GGCL contests against Seton and MND before returning to the SUA gym this Saturday for a match against Lakota East. Congratulations to senior Emma Grome who will be honored at Saturday's match.

The KickDawgs hit the goalposts 6 times in last Saturday's 0-0 standoff against Badin! The team found the back of the net 5 times Monday night with a win against Seton. The soccer squad continues its fight for the GGCL title with a home match against Mercy McAuley next Monday and then traveling to Seton next Wednesday.

The BirdieDawgs honored senior golfers Mallory Madden and Grace York at their match against Lakota East this past Monday. After finishing 2nd in the GGCL Tournament last week, the golf team will take their 2-0 league head-to-head record on the road next week with a dual match against Ursuline.

The AceDawgs are taking an 12-2 record on the road this week with with matches against Seton and Loveland. The tennis team honored its seven seniors last week. Congratulations to Emma Avila, Eugenia Campos, Caitlin Leonard, Lucy Moore, Mackenzie Muench, Elizabeth Pendergast, and Lauren Pollock.

The Don'tLetTheBallHitYourFootDawgs will try to avenge an earlier defeat to GGCL foe Ursuline tomorrow night when they travel to Blue Ash. The field hockey teams continue their "away game" stretch with games in Columbus this weekend, before returning home to play against Summit and MND over the next two weeks.

Winter Sports Registration

Although we do not know what winter sports will look like this upcoming winter season, students who are interested in trying out for one of our winter teams in basketball, bowling, diving, or swimming need to register on FinalForms. This must be done using the parent's FinalForms login. Registering for a winter sport simply indicates to the Athletic Department and coaches that the student is interested in receiving information about winter sports tryouts. Registering on FinalForms does not obligate the student to participate in tryouts, nor guarantees a roster spot.

All students who tryout for a winter sport must have a valid OHSAA Preparticipation Physical form on file with the Athletic Department. This form is printed from the parent's FinalForms account and must be signed by the student's physician.
