Winter Sports Registration
Although we do not know what winter sports will look like this upcoming winter season, students who are interested in trying out for one of our winter teams in basketball, bowling, diving, or swimming need to register on FinalForms. This must be done using the parent's FinalForms login. Registering for a winter sport simply indicates to the Athletic Department and coaches that the student is interested in receiving information about winter sports tryouts. Registering on FinalForms does not obligate the student to participate in tryouts, nor guarantees a roster spot.
All students who tryout for a winter sport must have a valid OHSAA Preparticipation Physical form on file with the Athletic Department. This form is printed from the parent's FinalForms account and must be signed by the student's physician.
