Summer Practices and Conditioning
The Athletics Overview and Summer Programming page of the website has information regarding summer practicing and conditioning for many sports. More detailed information can be found in that sports Program Information document, located on either the Fall Sports, Winter Sports, or Spring Sports page.
To receive emails from coaches regarding summer practices and conditioning, parents must first register their daughter for the sport through the parent's FinalForms account.
A current OHSAA pre-participation physical form must be on file in the Athletic Office for any student to participate in tryouts for any sport. The form is printed from the parent's FinalForms account AFTER the parent has completed the medical forms located in FinalForms. The form must be taken to the physician and completed by the physician. Parents have two options for returning the form: 1) Upload the form to the file folder in FinalForms; or 2) Mail the hardcopy of the form to school (St. Ursula Academy, ATTN: Athletic Department, 1339 East McMillan, Cincinnati, OH 45206).
