Important Reminders: 2025/2026 Enrollment Contract – DUE March 1st
In order to secure enrollment for the 2025/2026 school year, please log in to your Final Forms account and sign off on the Enrollment Contract. After logging in, click the large blue button at the top-center of your page to move to the next school year. The enrollment contract will be the second form listed. This form will need to be submitted by Saturday, March 1st, 2025.
IMPORTANT: A $750.00 tuition deposit for the 2025/2026 school year will be billed through your FACTS account and will be withdrawn from your bank account on March 15th, 2025. The deposit is non-refundable and will be applied to your tuition balance. If your daughter is unsure about returning next school year, please notify me immediately so we can make adjustments to your account. All accounts will be rolled for next year.
2025/2026 Financial Aid and Ohio EdChoice
We are working hard assessing applications for next school year. If you have applied for financial aid, award letters will be going out very soon! Reminder, that in order to receive any financial aid from SUA, an Ohio EdChoice application must be submitted and awarded through the state for Ohio residents.
