New! All students were invited to register for a new Creative Expression Counseling Lunch Group which will meet for 8 sessions throughout Quarter 3 and 4. Participants will gather during lunch in our Innovation Center classroom to make a variety of handmade craft items, engage in conversation, and have some fun. This group, which aligns with American School Counseling Association mindset standards, promotes creative expression as a way to relieve stress, support emotional growth, enhance self-awareness, improve problem-solving, and build resilience; all of which are critical for academic and personal success. Creative expression can strengthen students' ability to collaborate, build relationships, and foster a sense of community. Students were recently sent a google link in order to express their interest. Please encourage your daughter to sign up if she is interested. We will inform all parents of a student’s interest in participating so you can give your permission!
