Declaration Day, the day when seniors share their post-graduation plans, is set for May 10 from 11:25 a.m. - 12:05 a.m. in the Harold C. Schott Gymnasium and Convocation Center at SUA.
- This school-day event, co-planned by the Counseling Department and the Parent Club Board, is for the students to celebrate their post-secondary plans.
- A newer tradition is a parade into the gym with flags representing our students’ next steps. If a family already has or plans to purchase a flag, the Parent Board may be interested in borrowing for this event. A Sign-Up Genius will be sent after spring break with a list of flags needed. Any questions about flags please contact kari.k.hall@gmail.com
- This is an official graduation event for students but not an official event for parents and guardians. We welcome any parent/guardian who is free at this time to come to watch or take pictures. We will also stream the brief event on the SUA Facebook page that day.
