Parents of Seniors: On Thursday, all seniors will attend a group session with brain-based neuroscience coach, Sara Hyzdu of Grey Matters. She will be discussing the decision-making processes of the brain and how to best utilize our brains to make informed, thoughtful, and healthful decisions about the future, including where to go to college! We hope to give our seniors some great tools to help them feel great about the choices ahead of them!

Monday, March 4 from 6-8pm, SUA is hosting a Cincinnati Spring College Fair with St. Xavier at St. Xavier. We cannot underestimate the value of exploring this fair and talking with reps from many colleges and universities across the US! You can pre-register for this event or register on-site.

Navigating and understanding the many aspects of financial aid and affordability for college can be an important piece of the college application process for virtually all families and their college-bound children. Ms. Brandi Lee will share her vast knowledge and years of experience on the topic of college financial aid on March 13, presented by the SUA Counseling Department. Ms. Lee is the Associate Director of Student Financial Assistance at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. She will bring a relatable and down to earth approach to defining financial aid, recent FAFSA changes, and unique circumstances that accompany questions about the cost of higher education.
