Next week, the EdChoice application window will open for the 2026-2027 school year. To "renew" your EdChoice application, please forward a completed and signed application along with proof of residence (POR). The POR must show two addresses: a mailing address and a service address. The first page of a utility bill works great for this purpose. If you are new to EdChoice and will be filing a new application, add a copy of your daughter's birth certificate, along with a signed application and a POR.
