If you have not done so already, please fill out the EdChoice renewal application for next school year for each of your daughter's who will be returning in the fall. Send the application along with a proof of residence to Patrice Eby at peby@saintursula.org. If you are new to the EdChoice program the ODE website will have all the information you'll need to get started. We would like your applications by May 1 in order to have your application reviewed and awarded by ODE before the start of the 24/25 school year.
