The state requires that all Ohio EdChoice scholarships be "renewed" each year. If you haven't already done so, please send your completed and signed renewal form and a proof of residence to Patrice Eby at peby@saintursula.org. Also, if you have received your "acceptance" letter from the State of Ohio, please complete and sign it and send it to Patrice Eby.
