The submission of the Summer Math Packets will be changed to DIGITAL due to COVID-19 best practices. The deadline of Friday, August 14 at 3:00PM remains. In order to minimize the amount of paper changing hands, all Summer Math Packets should be submitted in pdf format online. The packets that are linked on the SUA Library website are already in pdf format. Students should download the packets on their SUA computers, open them using the PDF Annotator software already included on their computers, complete the math work on the pdf form including the signed Honor Pledge and Answer Sheet, SAVE THE FILE to their computer, and email it to their first math teacher in the 2020-21 school year.
The only change to this process is submitting the final packet digitally. All other directions and deadlines remain the same, including:
If a student has already completed her Summer Math Packet on paper, she should make an effort to scan/copy that work to a pdf file. If that conversion is not feasible, that student should email a photo image of her Honor Pledge and a photo image of her Answer Sheet to their math teacher by the deadline of August 14 at 3:00p.m. In that case, the entire paper copy of the packet will then be collected on the first day of classes the week following Aug. 14.
Do NOT wait until the last minute to work on your Summer Math Readiness Packet and do NOT miss the email submission deadline of Friday, August 14 at 3:00!
