This week for our Lenten resources, I wanted to focus on Lenten devotional prayers that can be done at home this year.
Many of us are still choosing to worship at home each weekend to keep us and others safe and healthy. With that in mind, it may be difficult to feel as if we are fully entering into Lent. One particular Lenten practice is praying the Stations of the Cross. Here is a link to virtual Stations of the Cross. Each Station video is about 2 minutes long, so if you can spare about a half-hour of time for prayer, this may be a good way to pray!
More virtual events can also be found on the Ignatian Solidarity Network! Some of these events have already passed, but there are still many more virtual events throughout the month of March. Their focus is much more on social justice issues and simply learning about these issues can help each of us deepen our awareness and faith, and therefore, it can deepen our Lenten journey!
