Lunch Accounts: Policy Update

Beginning in Quarter 2, a student must have funds in her lunch account to purchase items from the cafeteria.  To add funds to your daughter's account, you may send in cash, check, or pay online through the MySchoolBucks platform.

Cash or Check: Please place cash or checks made payable to: Vonderhaar's Catering, in an envelope labeled "Funds to be placed on (Daughter's Name, Grade Level) lunch account."

Pay Online: You may fund your daughter's account online with a credit/debit card or electronic check payment through MySchoolBucks (www.myschoolbucks.com). 

We recommend that you consider setting up low balance reminders (you select the amount for “low balance” which triggers the reminder) in your MySchoolBucks account. They also offer an option for an automatic reload to the account when the balance reaches a certain level.  These options will ensure your daughter can access the funds she needs for lunch each day. 

If your daughter would like to verify if she has funds available in her account prior to going through the lunch line, she can ask one of the kitchen staff to check her balance.  The  MySchoolBucks app also provides account balance information if you would like to give her access to the account.
