SUA offers strength training for all students. Jacob Wright is a certified personal trainer who staffs our weight room. He designs strength training programs for all students. In-season sports have dedicated team lifting opportunities, which are coordinated through the coaches. All other students can sign up for the open lifting times (below) through the SportsYou App (code TFJY-HGNN). To ensure the safety of the students and proper oversight, space is limited for each session. Students must register for open lift times.
But this is not just available for the SUA student-athletes. Jacob has crafted programs for any student. Under his trained and watchful guidance, SUA students can participate in workouts to learn how to safely and effectively use resistance and weight equipment. More questions?
