Recently, SUA shared the updated UNIFORM GUIDELINES for 2025-2026, returning to the pre-COVID uniform standards. Some students reached out with thoughtfully-prepared suggestions and ideas and requested reconsideration for some of the approved optional Monday-Thursday items. 

REVISED UNIFORM GUIDELINES - UPDATES TO M-R OPTIONAL ITEMS

We listened, and based on student suggestions, have made a few modifications to the Uniform Guidelines for next school year. We added two more sweatshirt options to the Optional Approved Uniform items for Monday-Thursday based on research into the most-purchased items by current students. In addition, as a senior privilege, SUA will provide seniors with a sweatshirt designed by their class that will be approved to be worn Monday-Friday. View approved items on the graphic below.

FRIDAY SPIRITWEAR DAYS

Every Friday will be a spiritwear day, when students are permitted to wear any other SUA sweatshirt, hoodie, t-shirt or spiritwear item that is purchased or ordered through the SUA DawgHouse. Students must still wear their lanyard with ID.  They will also have the opportunity to wear their spiritwear items on designated days that will be announced throughout the year. 

REQUIRED UNIFORM ITEMS

Required uniform items are the same as previous years. Students must wear their uniform skirt, polo and lanyard with ID every Monday - Thursday. The cardigan is also a required item that can be worn regularly, although it is only required to be worn on Mass or other designated days.  We still require black, navy or white solid socks and closed-toe and closed-heel shoes.  Tapered leggings may be worn under the uniform skirt in solid navy, black or gray.

Any student in the classes of ’26, ’27, ’28 choosing to purchase an Optional Approved Uniform item(s) for Monday-Thursday may PRE-ORDER at a DISCOUNTED PRICE one of the approved quarter zips or sweatshirts (see image below) for a two-week period from March 3 - March 14 ONLY on the DawgHouse Website. (Sale price is not available on current stock in the DawgHouse, including rugby). Due to the anticipated large volume of pre-order sweatshirts, pickup of items is expected just prior to school starting in August. You will receive an email when your items are ready for pickup.
