NEW FAMILY WELCOME EVENING
Monday, August 10 • 6:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
All parents/guardians of new students, both in the Class of 2024 and transfer students, are invited to join us on the evening of Monday, August 10 from 6:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. in the Keller Student Center. A campus map can be found here. Administrators and key staff members will share important information about the 2020-2021 Student/Parent Handbook, as well as formational programming. Both guests and SUA faculty/staff will be expected to wear face masks for this event. We will take temperatures at the door. This meeting is optional for parents/guardians, but all are welcome to attend. Students are NOT required to attend this meeting, as they will receive all of this information during Orientation. EDUCATIONAL SERVICES - NEW FAMILY WELCOME EVENING
Monday, August 10 • 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. (ES Students & Parents - Required Meeting) Students enrolled in the Educational Services (ES) Program and their parents are asked to be present in the Keller Student Center from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Monday, August 10. ES students will spend time with ES teachers preparing for the school year. Students should bring their fully charged tablet computers with them. Parents will listen to SUA administrators and key staff members from 6:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. and then join an information session specific to ES from 7:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. All guests and SUA faculty/staff will be expected to wear masks for this event. YEARBOOK PICTURE DAY – CLASSES of 2022, 2023, 2024
Tuesday, August 11
Information about each student's assigned picture time may be found on the Family Resources section of the website. Students should plan to arrive 10 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment. Uniforms are not required. The school photo will be used in the yearbook, is available for purchase, and will be a headshot where only the top portion of the shirt will be visible. While students may wear whatever they choose, we ask them to choose a school appropriate shirt. No inappropriate logos will be allowed. Each member of the Class of 2024 will also have their Student ID picture taken on this day. Students will receive their IDs and lanyards during Orientation a few days later.
NEW STUDENT ORIENTATION

Thursday, August 13 • 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
Friday, August 14 • 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
New Student Orientation is a required event for the Class 2024. Students will check in for Orientation in the Keller Student Center. Students should enter the building through the glass doors located off of the Bell Place parking lot. A campus map can be found here. All students, faculty, and staff will be required to wear a mask and practice social distancing while participating in Orientation activities. Additionally, all students, faculty, and staff will have their temperature taken upon arrival to campus each morning. Anyone with a temperature above 100 degrees will be asked to return home. No parents/guardians will be permitted to enter the building. Programming will begin at 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday and Thursday and promptly at 8:00 a.m. on Friday. Students are welcome to arrive at the Keller Student Center 30 minutes prior to the start of each day’s events. Transfer Student Orientation Tuesday, August 11 • 11:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.
Transfer students will participate in Orientation on August 11 from 11 am - 1:30 pm. Students will meet Michelle Dellecave, Director of Admissions, inside of the East Wing foyer (at the end of the front circle driveway, sign indicates Student Entrance). Parents may pull into the circle driveway to drop off students at the door. Students should dress casually.
