We are happy to share that Saint Ursula Academy has hired Kayla Neel as Senior Director of Community and Cultural Engagement.  We look forward to welcoming Kayla to SUA on December 3.

Kayla brings a blend of diverse expertise in community impact, fundraising operations, and constituent engagement with sustainable impact, as well as a passion for education and values-driven service. She is inspired by Saint Ursula’s Ursuline core values and our commitment to preparing young women for lives of leadership and service.

In this role, Kayla will be responsible for promoting an inclusive community for our entire student body, faculty/staff, and parents in accordance with our mission statement and core values. 

Some of her duties will include collaborating with the Institutional Leadership Team (ILT), the Senior Director of Service, Equity, and Global Education, and the Vice Principal of Student Life to promote diversity and belonging in a more inclusive SUA community. Moving forward in this role, she will support the next school Strategic Plan and serve on the Ursuline Identity committee.
