Tuition Account Balances and Financial Aid – Important Reminders

Senior Parents:

As the school year comes to a close, this is a reminder that all tuition and fees must be paid in full before final transcripts can be released to colleges and universities.

Please be advised that there will be no exceptions to this policy. Any outstanding balance will result in a delay of transcript release, which may impact college enrollment timelines. We encourage you to review your FACTS account and ensure that any remaining balance is resolved as soon as possible.

If you have questions regarding your account, please contact Angela Steele in the Business Office directly.

Current Parents:

Tuition Balances – All tuition account balances must be paid in full, or an active payment plan must be established with the Business Office, before your daughter’s academic schedule for the upcoming school year can be released. To avoid delays, we ask that all payments be completed by July 1. Please note that all prior-year balances must be cleared in full before schedules are issued. No exceptions will be made to this policy.

Letters outlining individual account statuses with past due balances will be sent this week. Please review this information carefully and reach out to Angela Steele in the Business Office with any questions or concerns. 

Financial Aid – Award letters for the 2026–2027 school year were mailed last week. As a reminder, if your daughter receives a financial aid grant from SUA, the award will be applied to your tuition account once her “Dear Donor” letter has been received and her Ohio EdChoice application has been submitted.
